"Had a hiccup on my first visit, I always believed in second chances. They exceeded them today. I had a customer stranded on the highway. I went and took her tire off and went to the shop to ask them to put a tire on for us. They dropped what they were doing and had us out of there in 15 minutes. Customer is back on the road and all is good. Thank you all."
